Terms and Conditions for WiseKids
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
Welcome to WiseKids! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WiseKids website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MATRIX AXIOM AI LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
WiseKids is an educational platform designed to help children learn new skills and log their activities. The Service provides a dual-interface system:
- Parent Accounts: Allows parents or legal guardians to create a primary account, manage subscriptions, create and manage child sub-accounts, and monitor their children’s activities and progress.
- Child Accounts: Allows children to access educational content, learn skills, and log their activities under the supervision of the Parent Account.
2. Account Registration and Parental Consent
2.1 Parent Accounts
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. When registering for a Parent Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2 Child Accounts and COPPA Compliance
By creating a Child Account, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child for whom the account is created. You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your child's information as described in our Privacy Policy. You maintain full control over the Child Account and are solely responsible for monitoring your child's use of the Service.
3. Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing
3.1 Free Accounts
WiseKids is free to use. Creating a Parent Account requires no payment method and is not time-limited — there is no free trial that converts to a paid plan, and your account will never be charged unless you choose to subscribe to Premium. Free accounts include a limited number of Child Accounts and a subset of the educational content; the current limits are shown on the upgrade page within your Parent Account and may be adjusted from time to time.
3.2 Premium Subscriptions
Premium is an optional paid upgrade that removes the Free plan's limits. It is offered as a flat rate per family account — the number of Child Accounts does not affect the price — billed either monthly or annually, as selected by you at checkout. Current prices are displayed on the upgrade page before you purchase.
There is no free trial for Premium: the Free plan serves that purpose. By completing checkout, you authorize WiseKids to charge your designated payment method immediately for the first billing period, and to charge the then-current subscription fee automatically at the start of each subsequent billing period until you cancel.
3.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy; WiseKids does not receive or store your full payment card information.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your Parent Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain Premium access until that period ends, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Reverting to the Free plan does not delete your account, your Child Accounts, or any recorded progress. Content and features beyond the Free plan's limits simply become unavailable until you subscribe again.
3.5 Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails or your subscription otherwise ceases to be in good standing, Premium access ends immediately, with no grace period, and your account reverts to the Free plan as described in Section 3.4. You may restore Premium access at any time by subscribing again with a valid payment method.
3.6 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3.7 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. Any price change will apply only to billing periods beginning after we notify you, and you may cancel before that period begins if you do not accept the new price.
4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You and your children agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law.

11. Changes to Terms
